INTRODUCTION:-

 

N.R.Narayana Murthy (1946- ) is one of the India’s best know entrepreneurs and of Infosys Technologies Limited a global technology services company. He is known for his simplicity and humility, he grabbed the opportunity with both hands and Infosys became the first India economy to be listed on the NASDAQ.

 

EXPLANATION:-

 

Naryana Murthy was addressing the young graduates in convection at Ahmedabad the National Institute of designs. He delivered ethical message to them as they were entering the adult stage. He said that they had many duties to perform and have rights to fulfill their desires.

 

Through the example of Mahatma Gandhi speeches he connotes the position of India in world market. We have achieved self-sufficiency in every walk of life but we still are listed among underdeveloped countries. He expresses his concern that enough attention has not been paid to excellence.

 

He depicts the lesson behind the underdevelopment of India political interferences and their ordinate mind set for quantity rather than quality. Further he said that there was red-tapism in government offices as lack of accountability in government offices and fuel to fire. The introduction of 1990 Economic reforms later, software industries gain grand and laid down the foundations for the development of India. Liberalization removed unnecessary restrictions from companies and prompts them to run the enterprise efficiently. Globalization integrates the national market with world market and reduced the barriers in International trade. Privatization, alert the companies to work properly and reduced the losers and opened the doors of inter market. Murthy suggests the youth to face the difficulties and they should dream and sued to achieve. It can be acquired only by relentless training frank feedback and self-improvement. In the words of Harold Taylor “the roots of the true achievement lie in the will to become the best that you can become.”

 

CONCLUSION:-

 

In his speech, Murthy put forth his view towards bureaucracy. He emphasized on the strength of youth and made them to realize their obligations towards the nation. Further, he states the positive effects of advanced technology, modernization and the results of interference of politics in the industrial sector before 1990.
